EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Load a bar across your hips. Use a pad on the bar if necessary.
  2. Drive up by pushing both heels down HARD and squeezing your glutes.
  3. Try to get slightly beyond parallel for maximum glutes contraction.
