EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place your heels on a step and lie flat on the floor.
  2. Drive your heels into the step and squeeze your glutes HARD in order to lift your entire body off the ground. Your head, shoulders and heels should be the only anchor points.
  3. Hold for time.
