EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SETUP: Lay flat on the floor with your legs close together. :Place your hands together, creating a diamond shape with your fingers. Drive yourself up until your body is perfectly straight, the only points of contact with the floor should be a) your hands, and b) your toes.
  2. REP: Hold this position Don’t let your shape change.
  3. TIP: Keep breathing, but focus on squeezing your abs every time you breathe out.
