EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Get into an elevated plank position; abs tight, with hands & elbows supporting you at shoulder level.
  2. Explosively take your feet out wide and then return to the start point (think; performing Jumping Jacks). Done right, it’ll look like you’re using your legs as scissors. This turns a regular old PLANK into a top quality conditioning move.
