EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SETUP: Sit on the end of a bench, or a step, or in my case, a tire.
  2. REP: Legs out straight, arms out straight. Hold this position.
  3. TIP: The slight lean back will engage the abs and lower back to the max.
