- SETUP: Attach some D-handles to a low angle on your dual pulley station. Grab each handle and take a step back, so you’re behind the cable station with your arms extended in front of your body, and the weight wants to pull you forward.
- REP: Curl the weight one arm at a time, aiming towards the center of your chest.
- TIP: This exercise gets its name from the unusual start position, with arms out in front of the body similar to the puppet master scene in Nightmare On Elm Street III. A front-loaded cable curl like this puts your biceps into their strongest position, and has a short range of motion, so it’s a great exercise to use near the end of your arm workout when you’re feeling tired!
