EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Side-step to one end of a platform and perform a lunge, reaching your outside leg off the platform to touch the ground as wide as you can.
- Explode back up onto the step by pushing your platformed foot down, then side-step to the other end and repeat for the other leg.
