EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Side-step to one end of a platform and perform a lunge, reaching your outside leg off the platform to touch the ground as wide as you can.
  2. Explode back up onto the step by pushing your platformed foot down, then side-step to the other end and repeat for the other leg.
