EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use a ‘soft’ medicine ball for this, we don’t want it to bounce.
- Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and deadlift with speed, tossing it over your shoulder.
- Move to where the ball landed and go again.
