EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a ‘soft’ medicine ball for this, we don’t want it to bounce.
  2. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and deadlift with speed, tossing it over your shoulder.
  3. Move to where the ball landed and go again.
