MEDICINE BALL SLAM & CATCH

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a hard medicine ball for this, it’ll need to bounce.
  2. Lift your ball overhead and brace your abs.
  3. Slam it HARD into the ground.
  4. When the ball bounces up, drop into a half squat and catch it.
