EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SETUP: Take an overhand-grip or a neutral-grip of the machine, whichever you prefer.
  2. LIFT: Drive your arms out, not back, focusing on pulling your shoulder blades together at the end of the rep.
