- SETUP: Sit up on the ground, with your legs out in front of you and a medicine ball in your hands. Lean back slightly to “switch on” your abs.
- REP: Twist your torso to one side, touching the ball to the floor, then switch to the other side. Keep your abs tight thoughout.
- TIP: Look at my legs. This motion makes it easier to stay in control of the movement, not allowing momentum to take over.
