EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SETUP: Start in a Push Up position. Your hands should be placed slightly outside shoulder-width apart.
  2. REP: Keeping your hands firmly in place, drive one knee up & across your body, aiming towards your chest. As you do this, squeeze the life outta your abs.
  3. TIP: Breathe out every time you drive the knee.
