EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place one foot on the pad of the machine, creating a 90* angle to work against.
  2. Drive up by pushing your heel into the pad.
  3. Aim to get that foot as high as possible, driving your working leg up slightly beyond the line of your body.
