EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start with your hands by your side & feet together.
  2. Jump into a wide-stance & raise your arms in an outbound arc to meet above your head.
  3. Jump back into a narrow-stance, and bring your arms back down.
  4. Repeat.
