EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. These are burpees without the push up, and without any of the explosive jumps.
  2. Crouch down and place your hands flat on the floor, your feet should be set quite wide to make room.
  3. Step each foot back until you are in a Push Up stance.
  4. Reverse that process, until you are back in a crouched stance.
  5. Stand up tall and raise your hands overhead.
