- These are burpees without the push up, and without any of the explosive jumps.
- Crouch down and place your hands flat on the floor, your feet should be set quite wide to make room.
- Step each foot back until you are in a Push Up stance.
- Reverse that process, until you are back in a crouched stance.
- Stand up tall and raise your hands overhead.
