EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Super Burpees are the ultimate version of burpees, and will really test both your cardiovascular fitness and your explosiveness!
  2. Drop your hands to the floor to get into a crouched stance and kick your legs out behind you. You should now be in an ELEVATED PLANK position.
  3. Perform a PUSH UP.
  4. As you drive out of the push up, kick your knees forward to get back into the crouched stance.
  5. This is the explosive part of the rep. Leap up and forwards!
