- Start with your hands out wide & feet together.
- Rotate your arms to create force in the rope and lightly jump as it lands. Keep your feet low, the higher you jump the harder it becomes.
- Incorporate different stances into your training as you grow in confidence, split-stance, in & out stance, etc. Like Rocky in a Russian barn.
