EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start with your hands out wide & feet together.
  2. Rotate your arms to create force in the rope and lightly jump as it lands. Keep your feet low, the higher you jump the harder it becomes.
  3. Incorporate different stances into your training as you grow in confidence, split-stance, in & out stance, etc. Like Rocky in a Russian barn.
